Let's begin......  
We do influence those around us with our words and actions.  That is why we make such perfect teachers for those around us.  As we remember to align ourselves at the beginning of the day and set our intentions for what we wish to create, we accomplish two things.  We make ourselves more solid in creating those things we want and we influence others to align themselves as well.

Emotions=Communication.  It is how Spirit gets our attention.  Makes complete sense.  Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed.  How the heck did I miss that one?  Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting.  But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down.  The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general.  The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for.  Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference

I highly recommend a coaching/mentoring session with Gwen whether you are new or an old-timer to the LOA.  She has an uncanny knack of quickly identifying the sometimes elusive, resistant thoughts that we harbor in the back of our minds.  Her homework assignments keeps me on track and produce results quicker than I could do on my own.  The relief always makes me feel lighter.  It's like getting an existential push up the emotional scale.
