It is the snowball effect. You decide to do something new or think of something different up pops a thought/belief regarding that subject. In the course of your day do you practice increasing your awareness of your moments? Or do you think that there are times in your day when you don't have to be aware? Do you think that awareness only happens when you are meditating? Or when you are 'being Spiritual'? Do you think that the Law of Attraction turns off when you are having conversations with people and not being aware of what you are saying and the emotions you are evoking? Is there a pause button on the Law of Attraction?
We are in a very fast moving stream now friends and this core belief of when and how the Law of Attraction operates will determine your understanding of what and how things come to you. It is fully operational 24/7/365.
Nothing to get worried about. Just decide to feel better feeling thoughts more of the time. Not great thoughts or out of your skin with joy thoughts. Just better feeling thoughts all day long. Better from where you were just now.

For me, this was such a turning point. To understand that feelings were the way that Source/my Inner Being was communicating with me was something I had never heard before. I come from a family that was all about not showing emotion. Emotions were a sign of weakness and so on and so on. Somehow it made sense though. Why else would God have given us something that we wouldn't have a use for.
Emotions=Communication. It is how Spirit gets our attention. Makes complete sense. Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed. How the heck did I miss that one? Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting. But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down. The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general. The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for. Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
