I highly recommend a coaching/mentoring session with Gwen whether you are new or an old-timer to the LOA.  She has an uncanny knack of quickly identifying the sometimes elusive, resistant thoughts that we harbor in the back of our minds.  Her homework assignments keeps me on track and produce results quicker than I could do on my own.  The relief always makes me feel lighter.  It's like getting an existential push up the emotional scale.

Adding to the growth experience of All-That-Is.  All-That-Is is God/Source Energy/Universe.  You put the label that fits for you.  The point here is not the name but that God is experiencing growth as a result of each and every persons participation here on Mother Earth.  God is not in the sky taking count and keeping score.  God is in everything and as a result having the opportunity to share in your experiences.  How does that make you feel?  Take a moment and feel that concept, maybe for the first time.  God is riding shotgun with you on your adventure.  He/She/It is letting you have full control of the ride too.  You have the freedom to go fast, slow or pull over to the side and watch everyone else.  Your choice.

 

It's called freewill.  It was part of the agreement and you didn't want it any other way.

For me, this was such a turning point.  To understand that feelings were the way that Source/my Inner Being was communicating with me was something I had never heard before.  I come from a family that was all about not showing emotion.  Emotions were a sign of weakness and so on and so on.  Somehow it made sense though.  Why else would God have given us something that we wouldn't have a use for.

  

Emotions=Communication.  It is how Spirit gets our attention.  Makes complete sense.  Once I started playing with this concept, my life changed.  How the heck did I miss that one?  Sometimes it gets tricky when I have a knee jerk response to something that I am not really wanting.  But with some practice I have found that my feelings don't let me down.  The more sensitive I get to how I feel, the better I feel in general.  The better I feel the more I find my life experience bringing to me all the things I could ever hope for.  Sure I still have some resistant or limiting thoughts that I want to turn around but cleaning up my emotional vibration has made all the difference
