Some ideas for getting yourself ready for the day:
*Quiet time or meditation. Just some time to quiet your mind and feel the energy around you.
*Journaling is a great way to rid your head of thoughts that won't let you be. Just write out everything that is in there and get it out on paper.
*Appreciation or Gratitude moments. This is taking some time to think about the things you are happy in your heart for. Then see if you can't find appreciation for the things that are coming your way.
*Use some of the Processes in Ask and It Is Given. The Focus Wheel, Placemat, Book of Positive Aspects are all great and as the weeks unfold these morning moments will talk about these Processes in more detail.
It is so important each day that you start it out with a little one on one. A little alone time with you, your mind and your Inner Being. Your mind may be a little resistant to the idea of not being in charge but it really will learn to quiet down and allow you the connection that puts you in touch with Source. That part of you that creates worlds. You know that feeling that something is missing. This is it. The something missing is the oneness, the wholeness the feeling that everything is truly going to be okay.
Open yourself up to the possibilities that you alone can create. Remember what it is like to feel your life. Give yourself 10-15 minutes in the morning before the day goes into full swing. It will make all the difference.
I promise. So start today. Right now.
