Greetings!

One thing everyone can say about the coaches on our staff is...the roster stays the same.  Program consistency is one of North Coast's most valued traditions.  North Coast has had the same core staff since we opened our doors.  Come in today or come in years from now and you'll still be greeted by the same faces.  Our goal is to make every athlete who passes through our program a part our family.

Karissa helps coordinates NC fun...and whatever else is on the to do list at the gym when she is home from Ohio University.  She is best known for her amazing sleepover activities and producing parade winning floats!

Megan was a NC team member for six years and is now in her first staff year.  You'll see her teaching tumbling during summers and breaks when she is home from Kent State University where she now cheers for the Golden Flashes.
