I am very happy to send you this initial newsletter celebrating Marakoudja's 3 month birthday.
Raising a new baby is a fantastic experience full of hopes and joys. It is also full of a lot of doubts : will we be good at it? Will we know what to do in difficult times? How will the teenager period be? There is only one way to know it : trust yourself, stick to your values and move on, do your best, gain experience and adapt.

Marakoudja's mission and vision
Marakoudja was born to fulfill a very challenging mission: "Spreading Professional Project Management practice. Increasing the
number of successful projects".
We
are currently exploring different avenues to meet this requirement:
Project Management Offices support, Project Management coaching,
Project Managers Training and Senior Project Management services. Our
very specific approach is not yet defined, we are still in our infancy. But we will trust ourself and base our approach on our values: - uphold the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Code of
Ethics and Professional Conduct;
- act with integrity and honesty in all our missions;
- favour pragmatic approaches so that our solutions remain
simple while fulfilling the objectives;
- believe it is possible to be well organised AND
dynamic.
We are living in very challenging times - no one can afford unsuccessful projects! Marakoudja can make a difference. |

Projects in difficulties
At Marakoudja, we LOVE bringing projects back on track. Over time, this became our speciality. Do you have projects which seem to be stuck, where the team has lost confidence that they can make it? We can help you bring your project back in line with its target and, as much as possible, we will do it with your existing team. As soon as the project is back under control, Marakoudja will leave the foreground, remaining available if needed to support and monitor the project with your project manager.
