Greetings!
We are built in such a way that every thing that is in us,
looks like it's out side of us.
This is the biggest illusion of all.
If I see a friend and feel any of the unwholesome feelings [anger, hate, judgment....]- its simply a miror to the feelings I have inside me towards myself.
in a moment of truth - I thank the friend for exposing my lower self, and for helping me go beyond it, to presence.
Our friends can help us know who we are.
The purpose of the lower self is to produce
the opposite of itself, through
transformation -- divine presence.
