Greetings!
"שְׁמַע, יִשְׂרָאֵל: יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ, יְהוָה אֶחָד"
דברים פרק ו' פסוק ד
"Hear, O Israel: the LORD our God, the LORD is one."
Deuteronomy 6,4
"Prayer does not mean that you should be standing, bowing, and prostrating yourself all day long; the object is that the state that manifests itself during prayer should remain with you constantly."
Being present, wholeheartedly, to every word and meaning
of the prayer
brings us to a wordless state of simple presence.
The word Israel in Hebrew is a combination of two words:
Yashar and El, meaning straight to God.
A state of wordless presence.
