Each of us has a choice that we regret. Maybe we got involved with drugs or alcohol. Maybe we cheated on a test in high school or on our spouse. Regrets are part of life. Some regrets have more impact than others.

Abortion is often a choice people become remorseful about minutes after the procedure is completed. Some aren't affected until days, weeks or even years later. But, statistics show that over 65% of people who choose abortion will later have emotional issues that affect their day-to-day lives as well as the lives of those around them.

Blue Envelope Outreach is an effort to offer help, healing and hope to those that might be hurting!

The idea is simple. Help those in distress from a past abortion experience by assisting Abortion Recovery InterNational provide outreach services to individuals and families.

You can easily participate as often as you want. Encourage your co-workers, family and friends. Also consider sharing with those in your church groups or the neighbors on the block.

Here's how it works:

1) Write a "Message of Hope" to someone who might be hurting from this difficult choice.

    Your short note might help to:

        Restore the person(s) affected.

        Reconcile a couple.

        Reunite family and friends.

        Rebuild society.

Messages of Hope examples:

All "Messages of Hope" will be scanned or retyped onto our website for those looking for help! We receive over 100 hits a day to our website from individuals and families after abortion (and from quite a few families considering abortion). Your words might just be the encouragement they need and the "key" to reaching out for assistance.

Please note that ANYONE can write a Message of Hope. We need compassionate input from all ages, races and genders.

2) Place your "Message of Hope" in a blue envelope and prayerfully consider including a donation ~ (this is not a requirement to participate)!!

Financial support helps us reach those wounded physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually from abortion. It also helps us educate society on the after effects of abortion on individuals and families!

Just some examples:

$ 5   allows 50 DROP cards to be printed & mailed to encourage after abortion support

$ 10   puts an After Abortion brochure in the hands of 10 people that are hurting

$ 25   covers the material costs for an individual to attend a support group

$ 50   covers the material costs of two people to attend an abortion recovery program

Think of how many hands will touch your envelope throughout the mailing process. Each person who handles your envelope might be impacted by your message. Just the outside of your envelope might lead someone to healing, to God or might even save a baby!
