| Employee Vehicle Safety |
Did you know that if an employee has an accident on the road whilst driving for work that you could be liable - even if the car is their own? Or that a fatal crash on company time can oftencost a business around £1 million?
The truth is that you are responsible for the health and safety of your employees at work. And that includes time spent driving, whether in a private or company car. It's clear that you need to effectively manage the risks that are on the road, day in, day out. Otherwise, the impact on your business's finances, reputation (and your own peace of mind) could be terrible.
There are a number of documents held by your staff that should be checked regularly. The principle document is the Driving Licence, which should be checked every 6 months, as a minimum and we can help you to do this. |
