Starting tooday I am speaking in Earthquake Anniversary services that will continue into the weekend. After each of the evangelistic crusades I am showing a Creole Christian film that will end with a salvation altar call. All of these services are located in Carrefour a thickly populated section close to the epicenter. One of the services will be in a new church building that we were instrumental in replacing!

The solemnity of today cannot be understated. Two years ago at 4:53PM when a 7.0 earthquake collapsed a city of 2 million people God put Haiti on her knees. An agonizing cry rose up with the cloud of dust that immediately followed the quake. A cry of repentance and worship by homeless grieving Haitians who know their Redeemer lives. And a mighty revival began in the world's third poorest nation.

Today Yvonne and I count it an undeserved privilege to have been in Haiti "for such a time as this" to serve Christ and minister to His people.  The revival that began two years ago today is not ended it is gaining momentum. Like a match that ignites dry leaves it has become a raging forest fire of passion for Christ that is spreading to the US.
