Greetings Star Gazer!
As these are such momentous times, I will be keeping you filled in a little more closely on the planetary influences. I know for myself when I have somewhat more of the bigger picture I don't feel so crazy or alone.
In this dramatic time of change and transformation 2 things will most assuredly not help:
1. Living in the past (the good old days are gone for good)
2. Worrying about the future, which is a futile waste of your precious energy.
Here are some GOOD things to do to assist you at this time:
1. Clean up old, unfinished business with others and with yourself. Dragging around all that old crap is exhausting and debilitating.
2. Forgive yourself and others while letting go of judgment.
Everybody is doing the best they can. When we learn more and master more tools we do better. See everyone doing better, including yourself.
3. Do things that soothe and delight you. A happy, light-hearted state of mind does wonders to dispel darkness.
4. Dwell on beauty, kindness, joy, and the wonders of life.
5. When something upsets you, release it to the light. Continue focusing on good things and positive outcomes.
6. Eat healthy foods that feed your cells LIFE. Easy on the sugar and fake foods. A cookie or 2 is fine. An entire box probably isn't. Moderation makes all things do-able.
7. Find something to laugh about every day. Laugh often and with sincerity.
8. Keep informed as to what is happening in the cosmos so you can align appropriately with the energy. No use paddling upstream!
9. Promote your work in the world so people know what you're doing and what you need to succeed. Neptune and Chiron in Aquarius reminds us that we live in community and in community we prosper.
10. Create beauty every day. Creativity spreads LOVE in the world as it is the gift of the divine energy speaking through you. Share your LOVE and creativity every day.

Now that we have that cleared up a little here's a little heads-up on what's-up.
In a piece I sent out yesterday I mentioned the dream frenzy going on in my own bedroom. Quite a few people wrote me back to share with me their own dream madness right now.
