HAPPY HALLOWEEN WEEK! Please note: Events Rescheduled
The weather has not been cooperating with our fall events. We cancelled the Blessing of the Animals last weekend and will get back to you with a new date...we love our animals and want to celebrate the important place they have in our lives at home and here at the market.
I was driving the other day thinking about the how torn I feel about the rain. Not that I've always felt this way, but I have noticed lately that, specifically, the rain really hinders our outdoor activities and, in general, keeps you all from walking, strolling or scootering to the store. But now that I am a food purchaser, I know the effect the lack of rain has on food prices. So you see how torn I might feel. Let's just say I'd be happy if it rained on Mondays and Tuesdays.
This weekend, people all over town are rearranging their plans. It is drizzling. Let's hope it pours just to make us feel better about postponing our activities. SO...here goes...we've moved the pumpkin patch party to SUNDAY so bring the kids on by...we'll start at 12:30...
OCTOBER 25th is our second annual PUMPKIN PATCH PARTY...cider and cookies...wear that costume and join us for music and a parade.
OCTOBER 31st HAPPY HALLOWEEN...YES! we'll be looking for all our favorite little ghosts and goblins...trick or treat on by the market until 8:30 PM.
NOVEMBER 1st THANKSGIVING MENU and orders begin. Deadline for turkeys Saturday 11/21.
