Celebrate Easter at the Gilbert House - Victorian Style

Join us for egg decorating and an Easter Egg hunt. Students from Riverside Christian School will be demonstrating Victorian Easter Egg decoration.

An Easter egg hunt will begin at 1:30 for preschool through third grade, with an additional hunt at 2:00 for fourth through sixth grade.

Tickets available at the Yakima Valley Museum or at the door. $2.00 per child or $5.00 for a family.

The Human Touch: Selections from the RBC Wealth Management Collection, a collection of artworks devoted to the human figure, will be on exhibit at the Yakima Valley Museum beginning May 1, 2009.  This eclectic group of contemporary works features artists such as Roy Lichtenstein, Viola Frey, Chuck Close, Jim Dine, Hung Liu, and Roland Fischer. The Human Touch will be on exhibit in the museum's special exhibition gallery through August 31, 2009.
