Hello Church Family!

We're on the home stretch toward being in our new facility on Ansol Lane and seeing God's grace changing more lives!  We will be scheduling a number of work days over the next several weeks and ask that you join us in making our facility and grounds ready for all God has planned for us.  Our first work day is this Saturday, September 10th, from 10am-2pm We'll be outside moving tree limbs, grading areas around the parking lot and watering the new shrubs and trees.  High school and middle school students are encouraged to come out, but this is not an event for younger children.

WHAT TO BRING:

We suggest wearing long-sleeved shirts, long pants, hats, and bringing work gloves.  Bring water and a lunch.  There is a portable toilet on the property.

In terms of tools, bring hard steel rakes, shovels, wheel barrows, loppers, chain saws, and weed whackers.  We will need a few pick-up trucks and also some people to bring poison ivy killer.

Anticipating this event reminds me of Nehemiah's story of reconstructing Jerusalem's wall, which was rebuilt only by the work of the citizens it would protect.  Just like them, let's all pitch in and make our new building ready for God's great purposes!

We're so excited.

Matt
