We are currently accepting applications for the long term retreat program. There are several length of stay options, and this opportunity is one that can guide you further along the journey to self-expansion and greater Love. April 1st, 2nd, 3rd! Creacon's founder, Derek O'Neill, is a motivational analyst, philanthropist and practicing psychotherapist based in Dublin, Ireland. He will be in residence the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of every month, (unless otherwise noted), to share heart filled chats, spontaneous discourses, and Loving opportunities! The cost of discourses is included for overnight guests and 20 euros for day visitors. This is an amazing gift to any who wish to visit this most sacred, nurturing healing centre. Try this simple & delectable dish!
Those who have visited have experienced the amazing and delectable creations by Creacon's superior Chef, Gaetano Pernagallo. Such great care and attention is provided with each meal. We know you'll enjoy this tasty delight! We have just planted peas, rhubarb, lettuce, kale, cabbage, courgettes, and carrots!

Cauliflower & Chickpea Curry
Ingredients;
1 whole cauliflower
3 medium onions
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
2 tsp ground coriander
2 star aniseed
1/2 tsp ground chili
4 curry leaves
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp ground cumin
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Method;
Remove stalks from cauliflower and cut into large florets. In a pan of boiling water, add the cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the water, keep the cauliflower in the pan and cover so it stays warm. Cut the onions into small pieces, chop the garlic until fine. In a new pan, add a touch of butter, the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and saute until golden brown. Then add the dried spices (not coriander) to the onion mixture and cook for a further 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, chickpeas, and cauliflower and stir well. Top up with 4oz (10 ml)of cold water and bring to a simmer for 5-10 minutes until cauliflower is cooked. Finish by adding the chopped coriander and serve on a warm plate. Buon Appetito!
 Chef's Tip: When using garlic, before peeling, place then flat side of a knife on the clove, press until you hear/feel a squish. This allows easy peeling.
