"Sai Ram All SQ Family,
I am sitting here just a few hours away from the birth of my child's child. What a miracle! As I await this great event, I am thinking of the births I give every day to people for free. I smile at all and give my God given talents to help people be happier than they may be now or have been. When I met you guys, I loved the idea that many more people will see my smile. At the loss of a loved one and the receiving of a new one (baby), yes, I give all I have all the time and that's why I am attracting the people to me that can help a world in need of just this simple truth that says BE HAPPY with what you have to give and the rest will come to you. I hope you guys love your gifts as much as I do mine and that we are all happier for the finding of each other. I hope that soon WE can as a team bring smiles to lots of people's faces as I hope this email does for you. Thank you for allowing me to share my newest moment of joy with you all and please God many more as we work together and share our team gifts. So now the news has come through it is with great joyity that we have been joined by the newest member, that being baby Alexa Linda O'Neill a girl for Orla and Colin. May this new being find only Prema to be who she is and the trials of life to remember who she is. A big thank you to all of who have been sending love in the form of prayers, healing and gifts to make this beings path as smooth as possible. PS - Here's the teachings manifest - as you all know Linda passed on a Monday and the baby was born on a Monday. Linda's birthday was the 5th of April and Orla got pregnant on the 5th of April. The date of birth for Alexa is double eleven, yes the wheel of life turns again and the game goes on. Blessings."

Our Gardens to Our Kitchen...
With each newsletter, we include our 'Nourish Your Soul' section as a way to share wonderful insights from the fruits, vegetables, and herbs of the gardens.
From Lavender and Rosemary to many varieties of Luscious Lettuce, Beans, Beets, and so much more, we have tilled, planted, and share a wondrous collection of Vegetables, Herbs and Fruits grown right here in our very own gardens at Creacon.
Recipe from our Chef!
Those who have visited have experienced the amazing and delectable creations by Creacon's superior Chef, Gaetano Pernagallo. Such great care and attention is provided with each meal. We know you'll enjoy this tasty delight! Some features from this year's garden are raspberries, strawberries, peas, rhubarb. lettuce, kale, cabbage, and courgettes!
Try this simple & delectable dish!
Italian Roman Soup

Ingredients;
1 lb. of potatoes
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Chilli pepper
1 Tbs Salt
5 oz. of "pelati" tomatoes (or sauce)
1 lb. of chicory
Bread
Extra virgin olive oil
Method;
Pour 1 L of water in a hot earthenware pot. Add the potatoes cut in thick slices, two cloves of garlic, chilli pepper, 1 tbsp. of salt and the tomatoes (or sauce). Bring to a boil. Once the water has boiled, reduce the flame and continue heating for 15-20 minutes. Add the chicory. Before serving, place the bread in the plates; once the soup is dense, turn off the flame and pour it into the plates. Add a little of uncooked olive oil to the bread and Enjoy! Buon Appetito!
