Only 400 euro per week for 3 months, and 350 euro per week for 6 months or longer. WHY a retreat option? As much guidance and nurturing will be available to you as needed at your home away from home. You'll have the tools and resources readily accessible to you for your personal and spiritual growth. As with any stay, all meals prepared by our superior chef are included as well as access to the sacred meditation hall, in-house classes, our vast library, seva opportunities, and so much more.

Nourish Your Soul
Our Gardens to our Kitchen... 
With each newsletter, we include our 'Nourish Your Soul' section as a way to share wonderful insights from the fruits, vegetables, and herbs of the gardens.
From Lavender and Rosemary to many varieties of Luscious Lettuce, Beans, Beets, and so much more, we have tilled, planted, and share a wondrous collection of Vegetables, Herbs and Fruits grown right here in our very own gardens at Creacon. We've included some recent photos of the beginning of our 2010 garden. Enjoy!
Recipe from our Chef!
Those who have visited have experienced the amazing and delectable creations by Creacon's superior Chef, Gaetano Pernagallo. Such great care and attention is provided with each meal. We know you'll enjoy this tasty delight!
Ingredients;
1.2 L (2.5 pints, 42 oz) vegetable or chicken stock
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion chopped
200 g (7 oz) pearl barley
1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon olive oil
450 g (16 oz) fresh mushrooms sliced
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Method:
Bring vegetable or chicken stock to a boil in large saucepan.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, then add onion
and saute for 5 minutes.
Add barley, thyme, bay leaf, and 450 ml (16 oz) of the hot stock to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, simmer until most of the stock is absorbed, (about 10 minutes).
Pour in remaining stock, 125 ml (4.5 oz) at a time, stirring and allowing it to be absorbed before adding more. This process takes about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large frying pan and saute mushrooms in the hot oil until tender. Add garlic and cook for about 3 more minutes.
Stir in the barley mixture and parsley, remove bay leaf.
Sprinkle with Love and serve. Enjoy!

Did You Know?...
 The 5 Tibetans
Whether you are a guest, or visiting for the day you can join in a 5 Tibetans Yoga Class offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 10:30 - 11:30 am. This amazingly powerful yoga routine is for all levels and brings such healing and wellness physically and energetically. Each class is 10 euros, the classes are included at no extra charge for overnight guests.
Discourses with Derek O'Neill
Creacon's founder, Derek O'Neill will be
in residence the 1st,
2nd, and 3rd of every month,
unless otherwise noted. Heart filled chats,
spontaneous discourses, and Loving opportunities abound! There will be
at least 1 discourse, More Truth Will Set You Free, or a Meditation
during 1 of these three days until further notice. The cost of
discourses is included for overnight guests and 50 euros for day
visitors. This is a special opportunity to any who wish to visit this most
sacred, nurturing healing centre and move forward on their spiritual path.
Become A Rising Star Practitioner! The Rising Star encompasses all other healing systems on the planet,
plus adds more healing as well. It is a living energy - as
new healing systems come onto the planet, the Rising Star will
incorporate them into itself.
The Rising Star helps promote unity consciousness as it is a Source to Source healing! Creacon

Saturday, May 8th from 10am - 4pm.
