Nourish Your Soul
Our Gardens to our Kitchen... 
With each newsletter, we include our 'Nourish Your Soul' section as a way to share wonderful insights from the fruits, vegetables, and herbs of the gardens.
From Lavender and Rosemary to many varieties of Luscious Lettuce, Beans, Beets, and so much more, we have tilled, planted, and share a wondrous collection of Vegetables, Herbs and Fruits grown right here in our very own gardens at Creacon.
Recipe from our Chef!
Those who have visited have experienced the amazing and delectable creations by Creacon's superior Chef, Gaetano Pernagallo. Such great care and attention is provided with each meal. We know you'll enjoy this tasty delight!
3 ml honey
7 g active dry yeast
160 ml warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
250 g all-purpose flour
3 g salt
60 ml olive oil, divided
In a large bowl, dissolve honey and yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Add 1 cup flour, salt, and 3 tablespoons olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined and then work in the last cup of flour. Knead the dough until smooth, elastic, and soft, about 7 minutes. Add only enough flour to keep the dough from being sticky. Lightly oil a large bowl, place the dough in the bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.
Deflate the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick. Place in greased 9x13 inch pan or baking sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled in volume, about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Poke dimples in the bread and drizzle 1 tablespoon of the olive oil on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with Love and serve as a snack or with a meal. Enjoy!

We have helpful tips for your visit...
Bringing your "baggage" ~ Generally here in the land of the little people, with BIG hearts, there tends to be less room for extra luggage, so we recommend packing lightly. Bring less than you think you need. Bringing less clothing but packing for "layers" helps as we tend to have 4 seasons in a day as they say.
Bathrooms are En suite and rooms are shared, but you can request a single. This needs to be requested in advance and details regarding cost & availability will be provided.
Separate but great rates ~ While the cost of a stay includes all you need, there are some extra, fantastic services that you may wish to make use of that are not included but we assure you the rates are great!; laundry service, café items, items of love, and in-room telephone usage. In addition, you can have access to wireless internet service, we simply ask for a donation upon checkout for this service.
Stay for a day! ~ Are you in the area? Remember, in addition to several days to several weeks or more, guests are always welcome for 1 night visits, or even day visits for a dose of Love and heart filled meal. We'll be happy to accommodate, but please contact us prior to visiting to ensure availability.
