The rate for 8 Days, 7 nights is 500 euro, 450 euro for SQ Wellness members. The nightly rate is 85 euro and 80 euro for members. It's the opportunity of a lifetime! This includes your accommodations, all meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by our fabulous chef, and any classes offered.
These rates do not apply for the weeks before and after the Dublin Ireland workshops, and it is asked that the original rates be honored if you can afford to so that we may all benefit from having such a Heaven on Earth to visit. Nourish Your Soul
Our Gardens to our Kitchen...
With each newsletter, we include our 'Nourish Your Soul' section as a way to share wonderful insights from the fruits, vegetables, and herbs of the gardens.
From Lavender and Rosemary to many varieties of Luscious Lettuce, Beans, Beets, and so much more, we have tilled, planted, and share a wondrous collection of Vegetables, Herbs and Fruits grown right here in our very own gardens at Creacon.
Recipe from our Chef!
Those who have visited have experienced the amazing and delectable creations by Creacon's superior Chef, Gaetano Pernagallo. Such great care and attention is provided with each meal. We know you'll enjoy this tasty delight!
250 g Mascarpone
200 g Whipped Cream
70 g Sugar
4 Egg yolks
100 g Lady Finger biscuits
5 cups of coffee
2 ounces of Amaretto flovour or liqueur
50 g Cocoa Powder
Mix together the Mascarpone, Whipped Cream, Egg Yolks, and Sugar. Divide the Lady Finger biscuits into separate cappuccino mugs or ramekin. Pour the coffee and amaretto flavour/liqueur into each mug to soften the biscuits. Add the Mascarpone mixture to the mugs and sieve a little cocoa powder on top of each. You can refrigerate to allow biscuits to soften. Sprinkle with Love and serve! |

This amazing addition to Creacon, the Healing House, was created through loving service by Gavin O'Neill, and the helping hands of caring guests through seva. Each room holds caring, loving energy and is used for healing sessions, sauna, and more. We are pleased to share with you the wonderful news of a new Biofeedback System. These sessions, held in the special healing rooms, located in our Healing House can help transform your mind, body and soul. This consciousness interface is the most advanced bio-resonant assessment device in the world today. It has made quite an impact in the field of energetic medicine involved in self-development and stress reduction. This highly sensitive biofeedback device gathers bio-energetic data from a client, sorts and prioritizes it, and then tests the client's own energetic reactivity to a wide range of health issues. In this way it provides a far more accurate picture of one's health. Also available in the Healing House is an Infrared Sauna.
