The past month has been very exciting for us. We celebrated eighty years in business with our anniversary event and sale. My mother's birthday made this occasion even more special. I would personally like to thank all of you for attending and making this event very special for all involved. There was a great response to our invitation which enabled us to raise a substantial donation to one of our favourite charities; the future Abilities Centre here in Whitby.

ROUSSEAU'S 80th ANNIVERSARY EVENT
On June 13th and 14th Rousseau's held our 80th Anniversary event. We would like to thank everyone who attended and helped us celebrate this auspicious occasion. Marcella Polson was on hand (celebrating her 83rd birthday) to cut the cake and join in the festivities. As a result of the generosity of the attendees, we were able to donate to the future Abilites Centre in Whitby.

Purple Martini Party
 Deborah Starzynski, our favourite chef, recently hosted a Martini party. All women, lots of Martinis and one man - the bartender. Click on the Martini Glass to see pictures of the evening.
