Another  hugely  important  element in decor is the window covering.   But it can be one of the more intimidating areas, and as one friend puts it - the 'open-ended liability'. Demystifying the decorating process for our customers is something we have been working on diligently.  One trend that we've embraced wholeheartedly in this area at Rousseau's is the move to simpler draperies and blinds . Long gone are the complicated swags, jabots and other heavy treatments of the past.  Instead, we typically subscribe to the  ideal of keeping it simple. Keeping it simple though, doesn't mean giving up on quality materials and craftsmanship.
