Clinics with Donation Programs Listed on EmbryoAdoption.org

The Center's web site provides information on many fertility clinics throughout the country. You can view a list of these clinics here.

If you have a donation program, either reserved for current patients or open to new patients, and you would like to receive a free link on our web site, contact Jeff Dillon.

Would you consider providing a link to the EAAC on your web site? This may provide helpful resources to your patients as they consider Embryo Donation and Adoption. If you would be willing to include a link to the Embryo Adoption Awareness Center on your clinic's web site contact Jeff Dillon.
Greetings!
Patient care, FDA compliance, business practices and profitability - these are all concerns of the modern fertility clinic.  We have a wide variety of tools to help you continue to make your clinic successful.

Patient Care

Here are the tools created specifically to help you educate patients about embryo donation and adoption:
  • Embryo Disposition Options Brochure
  • Embryo Donation Brochure
  • Embryo Adoption Brochure
  • Customizable Power Point Overview of Embryo Donation
The Embryo Adoption Awareness Center exists to educate potential embryo donors and adopters about this family building alternative.

Even though you are explaining remaining embryo disposition options to your patients before they create them, many patients are so focused on having a baby they simply don't think it is important. Your clinic has patients who have remaining embryos and need to hear again about what they can do with them.

Your clinic also may have patients who were unsuccessful with their ART treatments. These patients may be interested in pursuing the use of donated embryos - and your clinic can provide the required medical (FET) treatment.

Staff Continuing Education

For your staff members we offer:
  • Monthly one-hour webinars with CEU credit from ABB
  • FDA Guideline Booklets
  • Guidelines for Clinic Press Releases
Why re-invent the wheel when we've already invented it for you?
Embryo Donation Education
Customizable Power Point

Use this brief yet thorough overview to educate your patients about embryo donation and adoption. The presentation is easily customized with your brand and information about your clinic.
It may be particularly useful:
  • For new IVF patients before embryos are created
  • One year after embryos have been stored on-site
  • Made available on your website for patients to view at will
  • Shown to patients before embryos are shipped to long-term storage
At your request we will email you the original file and assist you with modifications if you are unfamiliar with power point software. Contact Jeff Dillon at: jeffd@nightlight.org
Promote Your Clinic in Your Community

We know that clinics are busy and focused on what they do best - care for patients and provide excellent medical treatment.  But wouldn't it be great if there were an easy way to let your community know about your successes? We have prepared a brief guideline and sample press release to make it easy to get news to your local media outlets. This press release can be easily edited to fit the needs of your clinic.

We're even willing to offer to assist you with writing press releases regarding children who have been born through embryo donation using your clinic's medical services. If you would like a copy of this press release guideline, please contact Jeff Dillon at jeffd@nightlight.org.
Embryo Disposition, Donation & Adoption Brochures
Embryo Disposition Brochure: Great tool for informing patients about the potential disposition options for any remaining embryos Disposition Brochure they may have.  Could be used in the initial education of patients to assist them in completing IVF pre-treatment paperwork.

Embryo Donor Brochure: What does Embryo donation look like? How do you donate your embryos? Where do you donate your embryos? A good overview regarding the donation of embryos to another couple.

Embryo Adopter Brochure: Intended for couples who are interested in receiving donated embryos. The brochure contains answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. A great resource for your patients who may have been unsuccessful using their own gametes.

Each of these brochures is available for easy download and printing on our website.

FDA Donor Eligibility Determination and
21 CFR Part 1271 Regulations

The Awareness Center will mail you copies of these booklets at your requFDAest.  Produced in cooperation with Reglera these booklets are a handy desk reference for office staff regarding important FDA rules and regulations. These booklets were created by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

We would also strongly recommend attendance at one of our monthly webinars, each focusing on a particular aspect of the FDA regulations to aid your clinic in following them and responding to an FDA inspection of your clinic.

Contact Jeff Dillon, Clinic Liaison at jeffd@nightlight.org to receive your copies today.

Give us your opinion: bi-annual survey

The Embryo Adsurveyoption Awareness Center invites you to complete our brief, ten question survey, regarding your involvement in embryo donation and how the Awareness Center can better serve you. If you have difficulties with the link above, please copy and paste this URL into your browser:  http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/5JFPQL2

To date, here are some interesting results from this survey:

85% of clinics say educating patients about Embryo Donation and Adoption is either "Very Important" or "Somewhat Important."

53% of clinics say they prefer to be contacted by the Center every 2-3 months.

86% of clinics say the Center's materials have been either "Very Valuable" or "Somewhat Valuable" to their clinic.

What say YOU?
Thank you for your continued involvement with Embryo Donation and Adoption. You may contact me by email or phone.  I will also continue to contact you on a regular basis.
