Hello!
My name is Sarah Martin.  I am the Clinic Liaison at the Embryo Adoption Awareness Center (EAAC). This project is supported by a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  Our task is to increase awareness regarding embryo donation and adoption.Sarah Martin
 
We would like to establish a positive relationship between your clinic and the EAAC.  We plan to do this through regular phone calls, email communication and useful tools and marketing collateral for your clinic and your patients.
 
We want to understand your
  • Current processes and procedures regarding educating your patients about embryo disposition alternatives.
  • Issues facing your clinic regarding embryo storage.

We are hoping to provide you with successful tools and models to help you help your patients and potentially draw new patients to your clinic for FET procedures.  We want to help your success and in turn improve the service you are giving your patients.
