Journaling is an excellent tool for self-awareness. It helps sort out the thoughts rolling around and clarify what is important and what isn't important. There is something cathartic about getting those thoughts off your chest and onto the paper. Journaling doesn't have to be about anyone else ever reading what you wirte. It's just between you and the journal. Journaling is a place where we can talk with our Higher Self, God, our angels and guides about our deepest feelings.  Whether they are bright and happy or dark and sad, no one will judge what is written in a journal.

Writing to God or your Higher Self about how you are feeling will help.   We might be surprised that when we journal, inspiration comes, as if God or the Higher Self answers or responds to what is being written.  

 

What we write, think, say or feel is energetically being experienced by all.  When we write our thoughts and feelings, we allow that pent up energy to be expressed. The release may provide a balance in our mental, physical and emotionally bodies. The journal becomes a psychologist of sorts. It becomes a sacred place that we can go to reveal how we are feeling and the journal doesn't hold any judgment about those feelings. It becomes a place to practice expressing our feelings. Truth and thoughtfulness in communication makes for much healthier relationships. If we don't know how to do that, then practicing in a journal is a good start.   

 

The journal is not only a place to release pent up feelings and thoughts, it is a place to manifest our heart's desires. Once we are able to get the things that challenge us out of the way by becoming clear on what is really bothering us, we open up to what we really do want.  As we communicate well with ourselves, we become clearer on focusing on the positive of the blessings we have in our lives, what is good and what we want more of in our lives. Once we turn the corner into the world of what we do want, instead of what we don't want,  we can use the journal as a place to script, imagine and create.  Our imagination is our key to our future.  What we can imagine and what we believe is what becomes manifest.  The journal is a place where we can fantasize or create our reality. It's ok to write it down. Writing things down make them a more solid reality.  It is the start.  Create the plan or blueprint on paper and watch it become reality.
