We have localized the materials and will be using the new images in everything we do. We invite you to be part of the change and have an impact. State Support for Individual Development Accounts

On Tuesday, April 29, Governor Chet Culver signed senate file 2430, a bill relating to economic development, which includes a community micro-enterprise development grant program, a river enhancement fund and an Individual Development Accounts (IDA) program.

Quarton Society Spring Social
The William B. Quarton Society held their first annual spring social on Wednesday, May 7. Quarton Society members brought non-perishable food items to be given to the HACAP Food Reservoir. Over 107 pounds of food were donated.

Born Learning
United Way of East Central Iowa's Young Leaders Society will be launching a Born Learning campaign in the community by installing a Born Learning trail. The trail will be installed on United Way's Day of Caring and will offer fun, interactive learning games that parents, grandparents and caregivers can play with young children, from birth to age five.
