Small Businesses Eligible For Cash
Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg is offering a cash incentive to businesses and charities that employ a young person, as announced last month. Before the economic slowdown, many businesses showed a marked preference to recruit experienced people even to entry level jobs , to the detriment of the young people without experience.
The qualifying business will receive £2,200 and is eligible for more cash afterwards. The scheme has been introduced to support the 'NEETs'- young people not in training or employment. |
