Our ministry to troubled youth and their families has been growing and our next step promises to expand our scope of ministry even more!

In case you missed the announcement we sent earlier, our ministry is relocating to Tennessee and will be partnering with the ministry of Fort Bluff Camp and the National Association of Christian Athletes in three weeks.

Ken Turner Ministries, Inc. will duplicate the ministry in Rhea County, Tennessee that has developed in Indianapolis, Indiana. We will add to our ministry a huge expansion of outreach through partnership with Fort Bluff Camp and the NACA. There is so much to say about that partnership and what will come of it but for now I am asking you to prayerfully consider your part as a potential ministry partner.

We need more ministry support. Currently, our ministry is supported completely through individuals, churches and Christian businesses.

We need one time donations to assist us in the additional expenses we are facing in the move to Tennessee.

We need new partners to commit to monthly ministry support. It currently costs $48 per month per teenager to sponsor our ministry. We have ministry partners in amounts of $24 per month, $48 per month, $96 per month and even more.

We would like to add an additional 25 monthly ministry partners right away. Would you consider becoming one of them?

• We need to get our home ready for sale: Painting, routine maintenance and sprucing up. (Yes... we could use help if you are handy =)
• We need additional ministry support. We are still raising additional ministry support and will continue to do so until we reach 100% support. There are additional expenses with preparing our home for sale and moving, etc...
• We have other needs to prepare for the move such as vehicle maintenance, etc...
• Pray for all the new relationships we are establishing with the juvenile detention centers, local community leaders, churches and new friends in Tennessee.
• Pray for my wife and children as we make the transition. Everyone is very excited about the move. Jennifer is excited about the family being involved in ministry together at the camp, Jillian will begin her high school senior year at a new school but has made it clear to us she feels this is God's plan and she's ready to go, Brett will be entering high school in a new school and is really excited about playing some "Tennessee Football" and wrestling with the "Mountain Boys." Bethany is entering her junior year of college at UT Chattanooga so she is excited that we will be 45 minutes from her as opposed to the 450 miles that have been between us until now.
• Pray for us as we leave many Indiana friends. We moved to Indiana in 1989 from Nashville, TN. All of our kids were born in Indiana. It will be sad to say goodbye but we know we will stay close to our friends even though many miles will separate us.
