Greetings!
We are almost a month away from Christmas. I can't believe how fast this year went by. I've been so busy with a lot of great and exciting projects. In April of next year, I'm going to celebrate my 5th year as a professional artist. It seems like just yesterday that I sold my first painting to my mom. One of my long-term goals as an artist was to create an annual event that would be unique, different and that would allow me to do what I do best...be creative! In comes Matt LeBlanc FUSION. I launched that project about a month ago but I had been working on it all year. The show was on November 12th and the sell out crowd was treated to something special. I'm so appreciative to the 300+ people who attended the show. It was such an amazing evening. People are already asking about next year and what else I'm going to do for FUSION. I think the idea to have this type of event on an annual basis is becoming a reality. I'm already thinking about next year and wondering how I can make it better. This is what I love the most about being an artist, taking things to the next level. I will upload a lot of videos of the show in the next couple weeks but in the meantime, you can see the intro video below. You can also click HERE to see all the pictures from the evening. You'll get to see some of the 150 pieces I brought to the show and also the 12 feet tall x 12 feet wide painting that stood tall on the stage and became the backdrop of all the performances. Sincerely, Matt |

Little Wishes Artwork
I was extremely inspired the other day when I read in the paper the story of little Madison Robichaud who actually lives a few streets from me. She was diagnosed with Leukemia two years ago and has recently started a new venture called the Little Wishes Charity along with her sister and parents by her side. For those of you who followed my Art for Life campaign last year, you probably remember that I did that project in memory of my sister who passed away after battling Leukemia for a few years. Obviously, this story struck a cord with me. I immediately thought to myself ... how could I help them? What could I do to contribute to this new and fantastic initiative started by two young sisters? I invited the mom over to my home for a coffee and a visit of my studio. We chatted for hours. It was very special and it really inspired me. How can we complain about so many stupid little things in life when we see such dramatic stuff like this happening in our own backyards? Life is too precious to not live it to its fullest! I've proposed to the family that we get together for an afternoon of creative fun!! My canvas supplier generously donated 25 little canvases to their cause. So in early November, I've spent an afternoon with those girls and included my children as well and we've create 25 little wishes artworks. These artworks were put up for sale at the first Matt LeBlanc Fusion event and they all sold bringing over $800 to the charity. This project was such a success that I think I will do it again in the near future.
