Matt LeBlanc FUSION
When it comes to promoting his art, Dieppe artist Matt LeBlanc is known for stretching the boundaries of his modern abstract world. His newest show Matt LeBlanc Fusion is an evening of art and entertainment featuring a 12-foot by 12-foot painting that forms the backdrop for his show and the performances that will take place in front of it.
LeBlanc wanted to create a show that would entertain people while creating a sensory experience. "A simple wine and cheese event to display my art didn't appeal to me. I have a lot of fans and I wanted to create a way to connect with them and show what is behind the Matt LeBlanc Art brand,"says LeBlanc. The two-hour ticket-only performance show, creates a fusion of art and colour with live music, dance performances, motivational speeches, films, catered food, and of course LeBlanc's artwork. Matt LeBlanc Fusion will be held November 12th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre. Tickets are only $20 and space is limited. An exhibit of Matt LeBlanc's art will be free to the public from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm the same day. Close to 150 paintings will be showcased at the Centre and are available for purchase in various sizes. Last year, LeBlanc's out of the box thinking was responsible for creating the successful "Art for Life" campaign, in which he created 200 paintings and raised $40,000 for charity - the first show of its kind for a Canadian artist

Corporate Projects
I've been doing a lot of corporate projects lately. I love to work with big spaces and really have carte blanche when it comes to the type of art I can provide. Creative persons are at their best when they are not boxed in.
I had the chance to work with the wonderful people from PropertyGuys.com at the Moncton head office. The owner, which is a very good client of mine, is calling her boardroom the Matt LeBlanc Art boardroom. I like the sound of that. :-)
She brought me in during the construction phase and she told me that all the walls would be white so my art would pop. She gave me full control of the end product and I thank her for that.
You can see below what I came up with for my design. I have used the 3 corporate colors of the PropertyGuys.com. The big boss of the organization came down a few weeks after and was speechless when he saw how nicely the art was incorporated in the décor and in the company's brand. This could very well be my signature piece for 2011 although there's still four months left in the year.

The 2012 Matt LeBlanc Art Calendar
 I am in the process of creating a 2012 calendar that will feature some of my work for each month. I'm not 100% sure how much it will cost or how big it will be but it should be around $20 or so. Please send me an email if you would be interested in getting one just so I can plan ahead for the quantities. You don't have to commit to it right now. I just need time to plan ahead.

For you Mr. Trump !!
 Here's a photo of me in a room that was setup besides the stage when Mr. Trump spoke in Saint John last week. I didn't get a chance to meet him in person but apparently he loved the painting and asked his assistant to bring it back to the plane. What a great day !! I ended up naming the painting SUCCE$$.
