Where's MY bailout?!
With all the buzz about giant banks, the big three, and wall street getting bailout money, a lot of small businesses are wondering "Where's MY bailout?" The good news is, it's there. In the "Troubled Asset Relief Program" (TARP) otherwise know as the bailout bill, there is important language for all building owners. Eligible property developments and leasehold improvements can be depreciated over 15 years rather than the usual 39! This change can more than double your deduction for depreciation - keeping more of those precious dollars in your pocket. How's that for spreading it around a little!! Here's the catch - you have to get the work done before 2010. Contact Clay Posey at MRP for more details or to discuss the possibilities. |

Ken Dalton, owner of MRP Design Group, has bought a fantastic new building in Kennesaw, GA, where we have moved our office to. It couldn't be more fitted for an architectural firm, with it's urban loft design, dramatic steel staircases, high & exposed ceilings, I absolutely loved coming back to work in such fantastic new digs!! Click on the picture to view a slideshow of the new office. We just moved this month, so it's still a work in progress, but oh so cool!
