The IICD-supported National Agricultural Information Services in Zambia is developing an SMS component for their farm radio programme. Farmers can provide input about the programme and suggest topics for the next show.

IICD partners from Burkina Faso, Ghana and Zambia co-launched a call for stronger support for youth involvement in agriculture and ICT. This was done at a 3-day youth and new technologies workshop in Accra in March organised by the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation.
