Week of May 14, 2012

Greetings!

Voting in the SNAG election is now open through our website. Vote online, download and print a ballot and mail it in, or vote onsite at the conference.

The online voting will remain open through Friday May 25.

Mail in ballots must be postmarked no later than May 18.
Mail them to the SNAG office, 540 Oak Street, Suite A, Eugene, OR 97401.

Everyone at the conference will receive a ballot when they check in at registration, and the Voting Table is prominently positioned immediately outside the Grand Ballroom.

We have two candidates running for President, four candidates running for two open seats on the board of directors, and two candidates running for one seat on the Nominations & Elections Committee.

We actively encourage you all to vote. All current SNAG members have the right to vote, including students. Make this the year we see record number of members voting.

I hope you will take time to read all the candidates' responses to our questions. Often people vote based on who they know, or what name is most recognizable, instead of looking at who might be a good candidate. Here is the Q&A with the four board candidates who are running for the two open seats.
