Board of Directors Strategic Planning Retreat

Board RetreatThe SNAG board of directors held its strategic planning retreat in Minneapolis the weekend of September 16-18. Using the results of our online member survey and one-on-one interviews with a number of SNAG members, the board collaboratively built the organization's direction over the next five to ten years. Details are still being work out, with a goal of presenting the plan to the membership early in 2012. Watch for more information here.

While in Minneapolis, American Craft Council Executive Director Chris Amundsen gave the board a personal tour of their new offices, and we were hosted by jewelry designer George Sawyer and Kirk Sklar at their respective studios in the Casket Arts Building.
