SNAG is a Major Sponsor of American Craft Week
American Craft Week
SNAG has again signed on as a Major Sponsor of American Craft Week. It was launched in 2010 as a collaborative effort between CRAFT (Craft Retailers and Artists for Tomorrow) and Craft in America, and is now held annually the first full week of October, including the two weekends on either side of that week. American Craft Week recognizes the countless ways handmade objects enrich our daily lives and contribute to our national aesthetic and economy.

You are invited to be part of American Craft Week. If you create, sell, display, promote, collect or just plain love American craft, please join the celebration. Hundreds of craft-related events take place across the country, all independently planned and produced by participants, and marketed under the banner of American Craft Week. Go to www.americancraftweek.com, click on Participants/Events to find a listing of what's happening by state. If you would like to become a participant and host your own event, click the "Get Involved" tab to sign up.

Take the SNAG Name Change Survey

At the request of the membership, an Ad Hoc Committee appointed by the SNAG President is looking into the possibility of changing SNAG's name. The Committee needs feedback about how the current name is perceived.

The survey takes only 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Everyone who takes the survey is automatically entered into a drawing for a FREE year's membership. Your responses to this survey will help the Committee prepare its report to the Board of Directors.

Click here and start now.The survey closes June 20.
