Special Guild Discounts for the Seattle Conference

FLUX 2011If you are a member of any local or regional jewelry or metals guild, receive 15% off the conference registration fee when at least five members from the same jewelry or metal arts guild register for the conference together. You MUST mail all the registration forms together in one envelope to Meetings a La Carte, and everyone receives the discount. 

This special offer is available to all guild members regardless of SNAG membership. But don't forget, SNAG members automatically pay $70 less to register than non-members, so join SNAG at the same time you register for the conference for the maximum benefit.

HARMONY™ Jewelry Design Competition Finalists are Announced

HarmonyFour Professional Designer and seven Student Designer finalists have been invited to make finished pieces of jewelry from the designs they submitted to the HARMONY™ Jewelry Design Competition, sponsored by SNAG and Hoover & Strong. 

In the Professional Designer category: Sunyoung Cheong, Barbara Polinsky, Jane Puleo, and Irene Weinz.

Hoover and StrongIn the Student Designer category: Lorena Aguirre, Harry Caldwell, Pearl Cheung, Amanda Henderson, Yeon Ji Na, Charlie Nhung Nguyen, and Susan Shaw.

SNAGThe judging will take place March 14 during MJSA Expo NY.The three judges are jewelry designer Amy Levine, AmyL Design, David Pillow, Vice President, Zale Corporation, and Noreen Paris, Senior Director of Design Development at David Yurman.
