Submit Your Work to the Harmony Jewelry Design Competition Through CaFÉ™

The CaFÉ site is ready to accept submissions for this competition co-sponsored by SNAG and Hoover & Strong. 

Students: There is no entry fee for students, however students must use a coupon code when submitting to CaFÉ. The code has been mailed to all professors and will be emailed to SNAG members. Members can also get the coupon code here.

Professional Designers: SNAG members receive a $15 discount off the Professional Designers $50 entry fee, paying only $35. Members must use a coupon code to receive this discount when submitting to CaFÉ. Members will receive an email giving them the coupon code, or get it here.

Submit to FRESH 2011 Juried Exhibition in Print
The CaFÉ site is accepting submission to FRESH, Metalsmith's 2011 Exhibition in Print, juried by metalsmith Lola Brooks and curator Cindi Strauss. Prospectus information was in the polybag of Metalsmith. It's also on SNAG's website or click here to go to CaFÉ. Remember to use your SNAG member coupon code to receive $10 off the entry fee. Deadline is midnight December 10, 2010, Mountain Time.

SNAG websiteBy now you've spotted all the different members' images on SNAG's website, and we're always looking for more. If you have not sent in images, do it now. Open to all SNAG members. Send your images to Dana Singer. Format should be jpg, 200 x 200 pixels, 72dpi.

Tiffany Opening Plant in Kentucky
Tiffany & Co. has selected Lexington, KY for the site of a new jewelry manufacturing plant and has already begun building the 25,000-square-foot facility. Tiffany & Co

It expects to complete the structure by spring 2011. This new facility will create 125 jobs and folks on the ground there tell us they will be hiring jewelers.
