Nominations for 2011 Election | |
The Nominations and Elections Committee is looking for candidates for SNAG's 2011 election. We are looking for people to run for Treasurer, two seats on the Board of Directors, and one seat on the Nominations and Elections Committee. Read the board service FAQs and other information here. You can also make your nominations through the website directly to an NEC member. It couldn't be easier.
Remember that the SNAG leadership is created by you, the membership, through this process. We're always looking for new blood. Now is a terrific time to get involved. |

SNAG and the Creative Metal Arts Guild in Portland, Oregon, are co-sponsoring a members-only event with Gabriel Craig, Friday, November 19 in Portland, at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. Craig will speak about his recent work, projects, performances and articles. It's from 7:00 to 9:00 at the Bison Building, 421 NE 10th Avenue and Glisan Street.
Craig will also be speaking the night before, in the same building, to students of the MFA in Applied Craft and Design, a degree offered jointly through PNCA and the Oregon College of Art and Craft.
