A well-respected member of the Chicago real estate community for more than 25 years, Andrew has built a solid reputation as a corporate tenant representative proficient in strategic planning, transaction structuring and lease/purchase agreements. He has worked with distinguished firms across several industries including legal, healthcare and logistics, as well as non-profit and government entities.

Andy led the teams that secured incentive packages that helped to provide significant savings for two major firms relocating its North American headquarters. Japanese pharmaceutical giant Astellas secured an 8-acre parcel in Glenview, Illinois for its new 440,000 square foot headquarters, and General Board of Pension and Health Benefits of the United Methodist Church secured a 25-acre parcel in Glenview for its new 110,000 square foot headquarters.

He also assisted US Bank with consolidating three Chicago operations into The Rookery Building, which resulted in a savings of more than $800,000, substantial concessions package and prominent building signage. Faced with a 10-month timeframe and need to decrease operating costs, Andy helped Encyclopedia Britannica relocate its operations to a smaller, more suitable space at 325 North LaSalle that cut operating costs by 33 percent.

Prior to joining MB Real Estate, Andrew was a founding member and principal of Goldie B. Wolfe & Company, a Chicago-based tenant representation firm acquired by Insignia ESG in 1998.
