Michael is a graduate of Marquette University BS Business Administration and  MBA from Loyola University Chicago.  He has 20 years of middle market banking experience where he has been involved with sourcing, underwriting and managing relationships and groups that have focused on companies from $10mm to $150mm in annual sales.

Michael is a SVP Team Lead with Inland Bank and Trust in the middle market banking group and member of the bank's senior loan committee where they are trying to grow their relationships with privately held companies with annual sales between $10mm and $100mm.  Prior to joining Inland Bank, Michael was a SVP Division Manager for LaSalle Bank in the Metro Banking Group for ten years where he managed a group of lenders that focused on sourcing, underwriting and managing middle market commercial banking clients.  Traditionally he has focused on company's credit needs which include lines of credit, term loans and owner occupied real estate.
