Meet Associate Staff Accountant, Margarita (Rita) Polyakova
 Prior to joining the R&W team, Rita worked at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause specializing in compliance and tax for manufacturing and distribution companies. She graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2007 with a B.S. in Accounting. Rita resides in Chicago with her husband and two children.

Meet Paraprofessional, Jami Rose
 Prior to joining the R&W team, Jami had experience coordinating pension plans and paralegal work. She received her B.A. in Liberal Studies from Roosevelt University in 2004. In her free time, Jami enjoys teaching dance and cooking with her four children.

Meet newly appointed Supervisor, Susan Huizinga
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Susan Huizinga to the position of Supervisor. Sue joined our team in 2003 as a staff accountant. At that time, Sue had over seventeen years of experience in tax, consulting and auditing services.
In this new position, Sue will be responsible for updating and refining systems and processes within the firm to ensure quality control guidelines are being met. Sue will supervise and review the work of the professional staff on a daily basis. In addition to her day to day duties, Sue will work along side the firm's partners to help each professional staff member develop a career plan that includes skill development, work experience and educational goals.
