The Peakstone Group has been retained to manage the sale of a consumer products business (the "Company") near Atlanta, Georgia.  The Company is in the lawn and garden industry and has received national attention with its breakthrough products.  The Company's primary product, unlike anything on the market in its category, has received prestigious industry awards and has been the topic of continuous media coverage.  With significant intellectual property and established operations, the Company represents a compelling opportunity to acquire a proven business with attractive growth opportunities.  Since its founding in 2007, the Company has expanded with limited resources.  The Company is marketing oriented and has established manufacturing and distribution channels.  Additionally, the Company has built strong relationships with an impressive list of leading national retailers.  Based on continued business momentum, the Company expects to earn run-rate revenues of approximately $725,000 by the end of 2009.  Although proud of their early success, the owners believe that it is time to fuel the next phase of growth in order to aggressively pursue current and future initiatives.  A new owner, with the right resources and additional capital, can greatly facilitate this growth and maximize the market potential of the Company's current and future products.  With its current structure, the business can be easily relocated.
