Happy Easter
A Message From Jack
How would you like to receive an Easter basket full
of blessings, pressed down, shaken together and
running over – straight from the promises of God?
Well ––“Give, and it will be given unto you: good
measure, pressed down, shaken together, and
running over will be put into your bosom. For with the
same measure that you use, it will be measured back
to you!” (Luke 6:38)
Put your order in now!

The Wrath of the Lamb

“I turned to see the voice that spoke with me, and
saw One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment
down to the feet and girded about the chest with a
golden band. His head and hair were white like wool,
as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire;
His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace,
and His voice as the sound of many waters. “(Rev.
1:12-15) The Apostle John, from the prison
island of Patmos.
John saw the Risen Lord of Easter: no longer the
innocent object of betrayal and torturous persecution.
Blood is no longer flowing from thorns imbedded in
His brow. His face is no longer bruised, swollen, and
nearly unrecognizable. His back is no longer strips of
blood oozing flesh and He is no longer nailed to a
wooden cross. All that is left of the nail holes driven
through His Hands and feet are the scars – forever a
reminder of the price He paid for the souls of man,
yours and mine included.
He gives John an urgent message; "Behold, I
am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give
to everyone according to what he has done.” (Rev
22:12)

For those who have rejected Him, it will be a day of
cosmic catastrophes inconceivable to the human
mind. “Every slave and every free man hid in caves
and among the rocks of the mountains. They called to
the mountains and the rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us
from the face of him who sits on the throne and from
the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of their wrath
has come, and who can stand?’ "(Rev 6:15-17)
It is also a day of revealed unimaginable glory for
those of us who have accepted Him: “Behold, the
tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with
them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will
be with them and be their God. And God will wipe
away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more
death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more
pain, for the former things have passed away.”(Rev
21:3-4)

Many of us look forward with hope to the bright
promises that our future may hold. There are
two questions we should ask ourselves, however:
1) How much of that future do I hold? Realistically,
that is unanswerable, with the only real certainty being:
life, as we now know it, will one day end – for each one
of us – forever.
2) Am I ready? If not, you can be; receive
redemption by accepting God’s Son, the resurected
Lord of Easter, right now! cl

Missionary Vehicle Update!
As reported last month, the Dalton family, JSMI's
missionaries in Kenya, purchased the Pajero. To
pay off the balance of $8,500, we needed 17 people to
pledge just $100.00 a month for five months.
One of our supporters has already donated
$100.00 and pledged an additional $100.00 per
month for five months. Here's your opportunity to
become part of this ministry and help us continue our
work in Kenya. Won't you become one of the
remaining 16 people to contribute just $100.00 per
month? All donations are tax deductible.

A Perspective on Priorities
Almost one third of the over 6.7 Billion people on
Earth have no electricity, one in six has no safe
drinking water, four people die of hunger every
minute.
Yet, last year 12.5 Billion dollars was spent on
video games and the domestic film industry grossed
9.13 Billion dollars.
In Kenya alone, 50% of the people live on less
than a dollar a day, more than 850 people die each
day from AIDS, which is also the leading cause of
orphaned children, HIV infections are at a record
high.
When you're asked how you helped, what will you
say?
