MOCK TRIAL on Day 1 of the Innisfil Operator Supervisor's 'Boot Camp' on March 31, 2009
Boot Camp Mock Trial
You will be conscripted as a juror for a mock trial involving an organization that has been charged by the Ministry of Labour for failing to exercise the proper due diligence while excavating.

Your responsibility as a juror will be to determine whether this organization is guilty or innocent of the charge and if you find them guilty, to determine the amount of the fine.

For 45 minutes on the first day of this operator supervisor's course, two litigation lawyers from Toronto will conduct a mock trial based on an actual case in Ontario.

After hearing the facts of the case, you will retire for a few minutes and decide the fate of this organization with your verdict.

There are still a few spots still available for this operator supervisor course, click here for more information!

JOKE OF THE DAY

A young executive was leaving the office late one evening when he found the CEO standing in front of a shredder with a piece of paper in his hand.

Joker"Certainly," said the young executive. He turned the machine on, inserted the paper, and pressed the start button.

"Excellent, excellent!" said the CEO as his paper disappeared inside the machine. "I just need one copy."
