Don't Leave it Until the Last Minute!

Its that time of year again - Time to start planning your spring training requirements now, including season employees!

Did you know that out of 16.1 million Canadians who have jobs, at least 1/3 are classified as temporaries. Temp workers tend to suffer more injuries than permanent employees, and the injuries tend to be more severe. Don't wait until the last minute, ensure your temp workers can perform the required tasks - get them properly trained!
