Determine to find the Right Fit -

A Beacon Buyer Search helps you move beyond "I'll buy something if I see the right opportunity" into the pursuit of that right fit.  We use key metrics such as industry, products, revenues, profitability, territory and employee size to enlarge or narrow the search as appropriate.Plan

 

Determine what is financially realistic

 

We work with buyers to help them determine how to use their existing resources and cash flow to make an acquisition that is the right size.  We also understand the expectations of those providing financing for acquisitions (banks, mezzanine lenders, private equity, venture capital).
