What is Radical Wholeness
The Four Principles
In my SOULution practice, I help clients work
toward a state of what I call Radical
Wholeness. This is a state of awareness that
incorporates the mind, body, Soul and Spirit
working in balance. It moves beyond the ego's
need to either suppress emotions or impress
others towards the souls simple desire to connect
and express. It's an experience and
awareness, deep in your bones, that you are
both profoundly at peace and completely
alive. You have
both an expanded and intimate relationship
with Spirit and an alive and sensual
relationship with Life. When you live a life
of Radical Wholeness, you are fulfilling your
unique purpose in life that only you can do.
My experience of living this life of Radical
Wholeness is one of peace passion, purpose,
power and presence, accompanied by moments of
both bliss and the occasional moments of a
broken heart.
There are four principles of Radical
Wholeness.
The first is to feel every
emotion
as deeply and fully as you are able. Emotions
are energetic messages to our selves that
need to be heard or they become stuck in our
minds and bodies.
The second principle is that you question
everything, particularly the beliefs that
you've accepted about yourself, others,
history, religion and the world. The ability
to question everything we think or do is
called self-observation or learning to become
your own witness.
Principle number three is to resist
nothing
and fully accept even the most unacceptable
parts of ourselves, others and the world. If
we argue with the reality of what IS, reality
always wins. When we do this our mental
chatter becomes dramatically quieter and we
are miraculously able to accept ourselves,
others and all of the circumstances of our life.
The final principle is to embrace
the reality of uncertainty. When we are able
to accept the impermanence of all life, we
can then be creatively and fully alive in the
present.
What makes this work radical is its counter
intuitiveness. Our life will always include a
mix of perceived positive and negative. When
we are able to accept our negatively
perceived emotions and thoughts instead of
avoiding them, we allow them to teach us,
deepen us and ultimately make us happier people.

For Men Only
Become an Intigal Warrior
Gather with a group of like minded/hearted
men over Labor Day Weekend, September 4th and
5th In the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
Experience the introductory weekend of The
Inegral Warrior as we begin to learn how to
embody the new masculine, the Divine
Masculine, Eros. We will be integrating and
calling
all perspectives into BEING with fierce
awareness, stretching the boundaries of what
is possible, bravely holding space for the
feminine, nature, body, spirit, mind,
integrity, authenticity, wisdom and heart.
