Flint Named One of 10 "Best Places to Work in Georgia"

Georgia Trend magazine (www.georgiatrend.com) has named Flint Energies one of the ten Best Places to Work in Georgia for 2009. Flint is profiled in the November edition of the publication by writer Jerry Grillo.

"Flint has a long history of actively caring for employees," says Mike Branham, Flint Energies' Manager of Operations. "From an employee's perspective, we have a great Board of Directors that support us and great management that keep looking for ways to be competitive and keep employees happy. It is the little things that can make a difference."
WPCA Is a Credit in DecemberWPCA
The Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment (WPCA) listed on Flint Energies member bills will be a credit of $0.0050 in December. On all bills rendered during the month, the separate line item called WPCA will be shown as -$0.0050 per kilowatt- hour (kWh). On a member's average bill of 1500 kilowatt hours, this will amount to a credit of $7.50 on the December bill.

Flint Energies will be closed Christmas Day and New Years Day for regular holidays. We will close at 1 pm on both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve (Dec. 24 and 31).
