TAC Online - Try Our New Browser-Based Stations    

We are announcing the first of the five web browser-based stations that work with TAC Online. These stations can be accessed from any browser running on any device:   Windows, Apple, Droid, iPhone, iPad, any tablet, etc.

 

These stations will be available for $19.99 per month each.

 

The five stations are  

  1. Read-Only
  2. Service Routes
  3. Work Orders
  4. Sales
  5. Customer Access   

Read-Only Station  is meant for employees who need access to information, balances, etc. There is no option to edit or to add information.

Once in, try the following

  • Click on map link and Google maps open up. (On an Apple device with ios5, use the Apple Map link)
  • Click on the map and you can use mouse to scroll
  • Click on links to left and you see additional details
    • Site notes
    • Customer notes
    • Work orders
    • Assigned units
  • Note up-to-date balances for the site

Service Route Station (in progress) is designed to replace route sheets and capture progress of driver through the day. Completed work status is immediately available in TAC OnLine so you "know" where your drives are and since we profit and loss/stop you know where you are making and losing money.
