New Large Header Format for Invoices, etc.
|
|
The Large Logo format now covers the entire top 2 inches of the page for: Invoices, Statements, Ledgers, Work Orders, Customer Letters and Terms and Conditions.
Many companies have specialized headers that contain specific IDs, tag lines, etc.. This new format provides a large area to use for a single graphic that can contain image and textual information.

TAC Online "Now I don't have to be at the office to do work!"
|
|

|
Many times life makes coming to the office hard because it stops you from meeting other important needs:
- Parent who is ailing
- You are injured
- Commute is too expensive
- New member of the family
- Needed vacation
- Owner who needs after hours access
|
Last week, a customer called to ask us if TAC Online would allow her to work from home. The answer was "Yes". We recommended
- TAC OnLine to access company records
- 8x8 VOIP so when at home and turned on, her phone rang just as if she was in the office.
- ooVoo Video Conferencing (free) so she could see and talk to the people in the office as if she was at her desk.
When the phone rings, she can take the call, transfer, look up a customer, email documents and, with free ooVoo video conferencing, see and talk to the people in the office as if she was at her desk.
Gives a who new definition to working at home.

Many companies have specialized headers and in order to go paperless and match company letter heads that contain specific ID's, etc., this change was required.
If this is a problem, switch to regular size logo in Admin\System Setting\Invoice\Invoice Format and remove check box for large logo. If you want to expand your existing logo, send a PDF with new information and we will convert and install.

| The Creation of the Opposite Sex | |
One day in the Garden of Eden, Eve calls out to God...
"Lord, I have a problem!"
"What's the problem, Eve?"
"Lord, I know you've created me and have provided this beautiful garden and all of these wonderful animals, and that hilarious comedic snake, but I'm just not happy."
"Why is that, Eve?" came the reply from above.
"Lord, I am lonely. And I'm sick to death of apples."
"Well, Eve, in that case, I have a solution. I shall create a man for you."
"What's a 'man', Lord?"
"This man will be a flawed creature, with aggressive tendencies, an enormous ego and an inability to empathise or listen to you properly. All in all, he'll give you a hard time. But, he'll be bigger, faster and more muscular than you. He'll also need your advice to think properly. He'll be really good at fighting and kicking a ball about, hunting fleet-footed ruminants, and not altogether bad in the sack."
"Sounds great," says Eve, with an ironically raised eyebrow.
"Yeah, well... He's better than a poke in the eye with a burnt stick. But, you can have him on one condition."
"What's that, Lord?"
"You'll have to let him believe that I made him first."
